YOUNG PEOPLE’S PHOTOGRAPHY: ONE WEEK OF SUMMER CAMP
Enroll your young photographer in "The Basics of Film Photography for Teens" Camp for Youth. This class runs Monday to Friday, June 27 - July 1 from 9am - 12:30pm at the Photoworks Studio. YOUNG PEOPLE’S SUMMER CAMP -- INTERMEDIATE FILM PHOTOGRAPHY
Intermediate students 13 to 18 will learn the art of film photography in this one week camp July 18 - 22 from 9 am - 12:30 pm. This class is for students with prior b/w film experience using 35mm cameras. There will be a review camera controls and an introduction to darkroom procedures. After exploring Glen Echo Park thru their lens and practicing film and printing skills in the darkroom, each student will produce a set of five to seven images. Editing and sequencing will be practiced. (Some 35mm cameras will be available.)
