The exhibit, “The District: The Streets of Washington, DC 1984-1994” depicts the District of Columbia overlooked by politicians and tourists to reveal the raw character of a city once ravaged by decline, drugs, and crime. Today these images serve as a reminder of how much the city has changed, as well as how much it has survived.

Gallery hours: Saturdays 1-4 pm, Sundays: 1-8 pm
Opening reception Sunday, September 15, 2013 5-7pm
